Are the concert tickets you're buying real? Northumbria Police warning after fake ticket arrest
 

If you’re buying event tickets online, can you be sure they’re real?
Northumbria Police have warned concert-goers, sport fans and theatre lovers to be wary, after officers received a number of reports of people using social media to buy fake tickets for concerts and events.
Distraught purchasers later discovered the tickets they’d paid for didn’t actually exist.
A 28-year-old man was arrested on Monday night in connection with alleged ticket fraud, and remains in police custody.
A spokesperson for Northumbria Police said officers were continuing to investigate potential scams.
