April Jones' family vow to 'go forwards and not backwards' on anniversary of five-year-old's death
 

The family of murdered schoolgirl April Jones will mark the anniversary of her death today, but say they are “going forwards and not backwards” and trying to move on from the tragedy.
Mum Coral, dad Paul, sister Jazmin and brother Harley will visit her grave at St Peter’s Church in Machynlleth to lay flowers, four years to the day since the five-year-old was snatched by paedohile Mark Bridger.
But the devastated family say they are also looking forward to getting a new pet to “bring some happiness” to their household, and are having a new pink bow made in April’s memory to replace one... read more
