Apartment block and bar planned for Wood Street in city centre
 

An apartment block could be built in one of Liverpool city centre’s most popular nightlife districts.
Plans have been submitted to Liverpool council for a five-storey building, with a bar or cafe on the ground floor and four apartments above, on an empty site at the top of Wood Street.
The site – near the Bombed Out Church and behind the former Cabin Club – is currently fenced off.
