Anti-Fracking Nanas take their message to the Queen



CHARLOTTE HUGHES reports on activists’ latest bid to shame the Tories over their mania for shale gas
THE Lancashire Anti-Fracking Nanas paid a trip to Buckingham Palace earlier this week.
In a letter that they recently sent to the Queen they speak about the plight of the Lancashire residents who have exhausted every democratic channel available to them in their quest to stop fracking in their communities.
They state that their elected county councillors refused planning permission for two fracking sites in rural Fylde.
