Animal droppings found in Derby restaurant by council inspectors

Animal droppings were found in a Derby restaurant during an inspection by city council officials when they visited the premises.
Inspectors found the droppings, along with trip hazards in the servery and a lack of food safety documentation, at Shawarma Xpress Wrap, in Pear Tree Road, Normanton.
Due to a variety of problems, the officer decided to award them just one star for food hygiene.
