Anguish for mum as son's killer is moved to open prison



A bouncer whose one-punch attack took the life of a Southport clubber has been moved to an open prison.
Stuart Humphreys, 39, is currently serving a prison sentence after being jailed for four years in April 2015 for killing Scott Sheard.
Scott, from Formby, had been ‘poleaxed’ by Mr Humphreys, from Walton, outside Southport’s Destination bar in 2009, Liverpool Crown Court was told.
He suffered permanent brain damage and died in January 201, aged 26.
