Anger over graffiti daubed on Oswestry's locomotive mural
 

0 Comments The white spray painted letters appeared on several walls in Oswestry this week. In New Street the writing is partly across a colourful painting of a locomotive, created five years ago by artist Anna Roberts.
Funding for the work came from the Oswestry Footfall project with a grant from the store, which rents the building.
Oswestry’s Town Mayor, is one of many speaking out against the vandalism. Councillor Paul Milner, said: “The number of hours of hard work, time and effort that was put into this mural in New Street and somebody does this. It is very disappointing.”
