Andy Murray through to China Open final after defeating David Ferrer in straight sets in Beijing



Andy Murray comfortably booked his place his ninth final this year by beating David Ferrer in the last-four of the China Open.
The world No 2 joined fellow Brit Johanna Konta in the Beijing finals with a 6-2, 6-3 win over Spaniard Ferrer in one hour and 31 minutes.
Murray will look to further close the gap on world No 1 Novak Djokovic when he takes on Grigor Dimitrov on Sunday.
The final provides Murray will opportunity to get more points on the board in his quest to become world number one for the first time in his career.
