Andy Murray beats Grigor Dimitrov to win China Open
 

The Scot cruised to a 6-4 7-6 (7-2) win to land the title, his fifth of the year and 40th of his career.
It closes the gap to world No.1 Novak Djokovic in the ATP rankings to 3695 points.
Murray beat David Ferrer in the semi-final yesterday to set up the Dimitrov clash and he started strongly by breaking the Bulgarian in the first game.
The world No.2 was in consistent form and, apart from a break towards the end of the second set, was just too strong for Dimitrov.
He did not drop a single set during the tournament.
