Andrew Williams jailed for 13 years for robbing Hull's 'Gold Man' at gunpoint



A career criminal who led a "brutal" armed robbery in which an elderly jeweller was bound and beaten with a gun has been jailed for 13 years.
Andrew Williams, 55, was one of two masked men who raided the east Hull home of "The Gold Man" on May 16 last year. Williams and his accomplice – who has never been caught – were driven to and from the robbery by Alexandra Wilkinson, 23, in her silver Nissan Primera.
