'Alcoholic zombie' stole from vulnerable at care home - but her family paid it all back



THE TRUSTED deputy manager of a home for vulnerable adults stole £15,780 from six of them while behaving "like an alcoholic zombie".
She targeted the "most vulnerable victims that it is possible to imagine" by secretly using their bank cards to withdraw cash, a court heard.
But the court was also told how the distraught family had raised all the money to pay back.
Eva Keys, 51, of Westfield Road, Barton, admitted six theft offences.
