Agent implicated in football corruption investigation is former Grimsby Town forward



AN agent implicated in The Daily Telegraph's investigation into football corruption is former Grimsby Town forward Scott McGarvey.
The 53-year-old is described as 'the chief accomplice' of fallen England manager Sam Allardyce, who left his position this week after he was caught on camera by the Telegraph's undercover reporters discussing how to bypass third-party ownership rules.
He is also alleged to have used his role to negotiate a commercial deal worth £400,000 to represent a fictitious Far East firm.
