After a freezing start to the week, when is the weather going to warm up?

It’s been a freezing start to the week as temperatures plummeted across the North East but it is set to get milder.
Conditions were so cold on Monday night that the NHS issued a warning, saying the risk of heart attacks, strokes and breathing problems increases when the thermometer dips below 0C.
But it is set to be a milder night tonight, as clouds heading north will keep warmer air in.
Met Office meteorologist Oli Claydon said: “There’s cloud moving up from the south that’s going to make the nights warmer, from tonight.
