A5 Corwen crash: Tyre problems have caused horror smash which killed four men, inquest hears



An underinflated tyre may have caused a horror crash that killed four men on the A5 in Corwen .
The rear nearside tyre of Jacob Hocking’s Vauxhall Astra was found to be 13psi - some 54% lower than the standard recommended.
It could’ve caused the 22-year-old to apply coarse steering, causing the car to lose control on a bend and enter the path of an oncoming Vauxhall Zafira being driven by 74-year-old Anthony Stee l, an inquest was today told .
