A man caught urinating in a churchyard is fined by a court



A man caught urinating in a churchyard and a man and woman who stole a debit card before going on a spending spree are some of the latest criminals to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court:
Indecent act
A 21-year-old man has admitted urinating in a churchyard. James Allen, of Otter Street, Hilton, admitted committing an indecent act by urinating in St Werburgh's churchyard, in Derby, on September 25.
He has been fined £40 with £85 court costs and must pay a £30 victim surcharge.
Drugs possession
