A grand effort from fundraisers in support of Alzheimer's sufferers



A HARDWORKING team of five pupils came together to raise more than £1,000 for sufferers of Alzheimer's.
The students, of Caistor Grammar and King Edward VI in Louth, completed a series of fundraising activities as part of Humberside Police's Lifestyle Project – a scheme which sees thousands of youngsters undertake projects that benefit their community.
Friends Moiz Malik, Momin Ali, Hassan Shahzad, Bilal Mahmood and Verbena Sajjad were all congratulated for their impressive efforts after they presented the cheque for just over £1,100 at the Alzheimer's Society in Dudley Street, Grimsby.... read more
