52-year-old jailed for sexual activity with two girls is back behind bars after contacting victim



A CONVICTED sex offender has been jailed after showing a "wilful disdain" for a court ban on contacting a female victim.
It was "very troubling" that he breached the order very soon after being released from prison, a court heard.
Charles McDonald, 52, of no fixed address, admitted two offences of breaching a sexual harm prevention order between August 19 and 26.
Andrew Bailey, prosecuting, told Grimsby Crown Court that McDonald had contact in Scunthorpe with a female in breach of a court order made at the same court on June 8, 2010.
