36-year-old cyclist dies after collision with tree in Mow Cop



Police are investigating after a cyclist died following a collision with a tree.
Officers were called to Mow Lane, in Mow Cop, at 6.15pm last night.
A 36-year-old cyclist came off the road and collided with a tree.
A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: "North West Ambulance Service attended but sadly the cyclist, a 36-year-old man from Crewe, was pronounced dead at the scene.
"Next of kin have been informed and formal identification is expected to take place later today."
