25 incidents of hare coursing in one day reported to police

TWENTY-five incidents of hare coursing across Lincolnshire in just one day were reported to police.
Officers say most of the incidents of hare coursing activity on Saturday, October 15 were reported in the rural areas surrounding Boston.
Chief Inspector Jim Tyne, the rural crime lead at Lincolnshire Police tweeted: "25 incidents of hare coursing across county yesterday, many in rural Boston area. Huge impact on rural community."
Cracking down on hare courses is part of the force's Operation Galileo which tackles rural crime to help protect the county's farming community.
