10-home development in Messingham turned down by council planners
 

An application for ten homes to be built on a plot in Messingham have been turned down by planners.
Planning permission was being sought to build a 10-home development on Wendover Road in the village.
The application had been met with objection from residents and Messingham Parish Council with the main concern being that the area of the village is too narrow for such a development.
James Lockwood, architect of the development, told North Lincolnshire Council's planning committee that the plot was designed to allow for each home to have its own parking facilities.
