£1.4 million development coming to North Warwickshire village
A huge £1.4 million industrial development is being created in North Warwickshire which is hoping to bring a big boost to the community.
The former Mallard Lodge, based in Marsh Lane, Water Orton is set to be regenerated into a new business premises, bringing more than 60 jobs to the area.
Flexdart, the firm instigating the development has selected Deeley Construction to undertake the work on the 16,000 sq ft industrial property with a two-storey office, delivery area and car parking.
